Our Approach

The renovation of the Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA)’s office reimagined how the organization’s space could better support its people and the way they work today. The goal was to create an environment that feels open and connected while making better use of a smaller footprint—one that fosters interaction, supports modern work patterns, and reflects CHPA’s mission of “taking healthcare personally.” To achieve that, sshape rebalanced the space around shared experience and flexibility. Private offices—once varied in size and disconnected in layout—were right-sized for consistency and equity, creating a unified framework across the workspace. By introducing a telescoping demountable partition in the conference room and removing the wall adjacent to the café, the team opened the core of the space, forming a bright, adaptable hub that serves as reception, café, and meeting area.
