Not only was this a monumental project for sshape, with years in the making, but along with our project partners we were able to make our client’s vision come to life. sshape’s design of U.S. Travel Association’s 20,000 SF penthouse office space seamlessly integrates work and leisure, creating an innovative work environment that engages both staff and guests. Drawing inspiration from the comfort and sophistication of high-end airport lounges across the United States, the entry design immediately emphasizes a hospitable and energetic atmosphere. Envisioning a new concept for a reception area, the entry experience welcomes staff and guests into this vibrant open work and lounge area. Acting as the central hub of the office, it features a dedicated bar, diverse seating options, and a sophisticated color palette, creating a dynamic and inspiring environment that supports both social interaction and collaborative work in the post-pandemic workplace.
