sshape’s design of Cadmus’ 42,000 square-foot Arlington, VA office prioritizes wellness and amenity creation. The space offers employees flexibility with a variety of work settings, all featuring natural light and abundant greenery. The central hub, showcasing the interconnecting stair, is a welcoming retreat for relaxation and informal work. Equipped with a coffee bar (including nitro coffee) and a pool table, this area provides a refreshing escape. A private outdoor terrace, accessible from the hub, features versatile seating, integrated planters, and a flourishing vegetable garden.
