Our Approach

Kiernan Trebach’s relocation was driven by a desire to move away from the conventional law firm aesthetic and create a workplace that feels contemporary and comfortable for both clients and staff. Their previous office was dark and dated, with private offices along the window line that restricted access to natural light and contributed to a more traditional, closed-off environment. The new design rethinks this approach by opening up the floorplate and introducing a brighter, more approachable atmosphere through color, materials, and finishes. By right-sizing their footprint, the firm was able to use space more efficiently and support the team in a more connected way. The new layout brings everyone together with dedicated workspaces arranged to create a sense of flow and cohesion throughout the office. A central community space serves as the heart of the environment, supporting both informal and formal interactions. The result is a workspace that embodies Kiernan Trebach’s brand, intentionally shifting away from the traditional law firm model to create a relaxed and comfortable experience for clients and staff.
