Finance has always been a natural fit for Erica. In previous positions, she has been promoted to accounting-related responsibilities because of her aptitude. Bringing 32 years of experience to the sshape team, Erica values the numbers as well as the projects behind the financials. She enjoys understanding the work and decisions behind them, seeing how a project develops from start to finish. In her free time, Erica enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
