Our Approach

Chevy Chase Trust recently renovated its office in downtown Bethesda, MD, spanning 27,000 square feet across one and a half floors. The objective was to modernize the space, align it with client sophistication, and encourage staff to return post-pandemic while attracting new clients. Key features include a distinctive elevator lobby, a reception area with custom backlit signage, upgraded conference rooms for private client meetings, and collaborative spaces with a neighborhood-based layout. The design promotes efficient communication within investment groups and includes a central café with various seating options and access to a private terrace with downtown Bethesda views.
