Our Approach

This confidential organization, located in Bethesda, MD, collaborated with sshape for an in-place renovation, reducing from 54,000 RSF to 21,000 RSF. Driven by a new hybrid work model, the renovation created a streamlined layout designed to support diverse working styles. The design was deeply rooted in the organization’s global reach, with international artworks and textiles woven throughout the space, helping to define distinct work zones for staff. Features such as abundant natural light, a variety of seating options, and both open and enclosed collaborative spaces all contributed to the overall success of the office environment.
