Our Approach

The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing pediatric HIV infection and eliminating pediatric AIDS through research, advocacy, and prevention and treatment programs. sshape worked closely with the client to create an engaging and dynamic workplace that reflected EGPAF’s mission. The space is bright, open, and connected to the organization and mission through brand colors mixed with materials representing the various cultures and backgrounds they represent. A large mural of EGPAF’s logo is featured in the pantry. The captivating piece creates a fun and energetic place for employees to take a break or collaborate with colleagues. Biophilic design elements are integrated throughout the office design, offering increased access to daylight, greenery, and natural materials. The new workplace design fosters collaborative experiences among employees while connecting to the mission.
