Quadrant Strategies, a leading Washington, DC brand consultancy, sought a new innovative office to reflect their distinctive culture. Partnering with sshape, they found a new space to house their growing team, while also becoming an extension of their powerful brand identity. The new office features a multi-functional reception lounge, designed to foster a welcoming environment for both staff and guests. With the inviting ambiance of a cozy home, this flexible space effortlessly adapts to accommodate a range of activities, from structured meetings to informal get-togethers and events. Collaborative spaces with high-end integrated technology were central to the design concept, featuring a variety of focus rooms, conference rooms, and team rooms directly adjacent to the open work zones. Prioritizing wellness, the design also incorporates biophilia, high ceilings, and ample natural daylight, creating a vibrant and healthy work environment.
