Our Approach

Rational 360, a growing communications and digital strategy agency, partnered with sshape to design a new 15,000 RSF office that blends their relaxed professional culture with an elegant, client-tailored experience. A variety of office sizes and gathering spaces create an inviting environment for staff and visitors, promote collaboration, and allow the agency to host large events. Warm wood tones and terracotta ceilings paired with blue accents fill the space, and their circle logo is dissected and integrated as architectural elements throughout. By merging brand identity with an employee focused workplace, the design thoughtfully expresses Rational 360’s mission while cultivating an inspiring destination for staff and visitors.
