Our Approach

Located in Tysons, Virginia, sshape’s approach to the design of Silverline Center was to introduce a sense of energy, modernity, and wellness. sshape was tasked with designing a central gathering space for tenants that would also serve as a meeting and collaboration space. By locating the town hall in a visible area next to the atrium, the space generated excitement and revitalized the building. sshape met all Silverline Center's goals by creating a floor that was bright, airy, and inviting. The 45,000 RSF second floor includes a variety of features benefiting tenants, such as various size conference rooms, a town hall-style meeting space, focus rooms and lounge areas, all surrounded by a full floor of spec suites. The space has been well-received by tenants, and it has helped to make Silverline Center a more vibrant and comfortable place to work.
