Washington Harbour

Our Approach

sshape transformed Washington Harbour's 3000 K Street NW, leveraging its waterfront location to create an elevated and inclusive workplace experience. Inspired by the Potomac River's colors, serenity, and natural elements, the design incorporates these themes into a variety of spaces, including a new amenity lounge and conference center. The conference center is surrounded by huddle spaces and phone booths, offering tenants and guests flexible work options. To foster a sense of community, the design also includes a town hall, with corridor and restroom upgrades throughout. With its prime location and thoughtfully designed amenities, the building has achieved high occupancy rates, and sshape is also in the process of upgrading amenity spaces in its sister building, 3050 K Street NW.
