Our Approach

Zero to Three (ZTT) supports the caring adults who support infants and toddlers, working to give every child the best possible start in life. sshape is proud to have supported ZTT as it moved to its own next phase by creating a flexible, creative workplace that reflects the organization’s mission. To answer the challenges of a tight turnaround and a drastic space reduction—from 30,000 square feet to just under 10,000—sshape began by carefully evaluating ZTT’s protocols and practices to ensure that staff could remain efficient, comfortable, and inspired in the new, smaller footprint. The deep dive into ZTT culture resulted in a space that answered staff needs with a variety of workspace types, including conference rooms, workstations, drop-in offices, and booths, as well as carefully selected, diverse furniture selections to ensure that ZTT staff can work how they want, where they want. sshape also designed and executed large, primary-colored block and cutouts for the reception and conference areas, reflecting ZTT’s mission of providing children and caregivers with the building blocks they need to face the future together.
